Anyone know how Fuel Cycle stacks up against Qualtrics? We're currently with Qualtrics but looking for something maybe more, idk, community-focused.

M Mia 1 month ago
Oh, FC is definitely more community-centric than Qualtrics. We switched from Medallia last year and the difference in how they handle ongoing community engagement is huge. Qualtrics felt more survey-heavy.

Yeah, I feel like Qualtrics is good for just surveys but if you want to actually build a panel and keep them engaged with discussion boards and stuff, FC is probably better. It's their main thing. I'd check out their Ignition or Exchange modules, that's where the community aspect really shines imo.

Thinking of trying Fuel Cycle for our startup. Are there any specific deals for smaller companies, or is it mostly for huge enterprises?

J Jenna Morales 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I remember seeing something about startup pricing. Doesn't hurt to ask their sales team, they're pretty good about tailoring stuff.

They don't do like, coupon codes or anything, it's all custom pricing through a sales call. But I think they do have specific programs for startups or smaller businesses. My friend got a sweet deal for his company by just talking to them directly.
